Samantha Salvi joined her father, Michael J. Salvi, and uncle, Peter J. Wifler, in practice at Salvi, Salvi & Wifler, P.C. as an associate attorney in August 2018. Samantha handles a variety of personal injury cases, including product liability, premises liability, medical malpractice, and car accidents.

Samantha received her associate’s degree from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2012 where she played Division I volleyball. Samantha then went on to receive her Bachelors Degree from Florida Institute of Technology in 2014 where she graduated with a degree in Criminal Justice/Pre-Law.

In May of 2018, Samantha received her Juris Doctor from Loyola University School of Law where she received a merit scholarship and was on the Dean’s List. She also received her Advocacy Certificate from Loyola. During her time at Loyola, she worked at Loyola’s Child Law Clinic and earned her Illinois Supreme Court Rule 711 License as a Child Rep, which allowed her to represent abused and neglected children throughout Chicago. During her time as a Child Rep, Samantha gained interdisciplinary knowledge and practical skills to investigate and advocate for clients who did not have a voice. During her time as a Child Rep, Samantha advocated in court on behalf of vulnerable children and families in both the litigation and policy realms.

Samantha remains involved in advocating for vulnerable populations, serving as a volunteer attorney for a non-profit rescue organization known as International Street Dog Foundation. Her role includes influencing international governments to implement and enforce animal welfare laws, ensuring rescue organizations comply with CDC regulations and the Animal Welfare Act, and re homing international street dogs into the US.
